Wiggs holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood from Southwest Baptist University. She is also certificated in Early Childhood Education: Years- Birth through 3rd Grade.

Mrs. Sandra Wiggs began teaching Kindergarten in the Spring of 2015 at Richards RV School. Prior to assuming this position, she began her employment at Richards R-V serving for three years as the Kindergarten Aide, then taught the Richards R-V Rocket School Pre-School Daycare program for two and half years. Wiggs resides in West Plains, Missouri with her husband, Adam, and one daughter, Annabelle.
